By registering, accessing or using THome Global services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

THome Global is a real estate platform that connects buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of properties. Our services include: • Listing and searching for properties for sale and rent • Communication tools between users and real estate agents • Property visit scheduling system • Offer management and negotiations • Information and resources about the real estate market We are not real estate agents and do not directly participate in transactions between users.

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to: • Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information • Maintain the confidentiality of your password • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.

Users who post properties on our platform guarantee that: • They have legal authorization to list the property • The information provided is accurate and not misleading • The images correspond to the actual property • The prices and conditions are truthful THome Global does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for incorrect or fraudulent information posted by users.

Users agree not to: • Post false or misleading information • Use the platform for illegal activities • Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users • Attempt to access other users' accounts • Interfere with the operation of the platform • Use bots or automated systems without authorization • Collect information from other users without consent • Post offensive, obscene or defamatory content

All content on THome Global, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of THome Global or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to content they post, but grant THome Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display such content on the platform.

THome Global provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable • The quality of products, services or information will meet your expectations In no event shall THome Global be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: • Violation of these terms • Conduct we deem harmful to other users or THome Global • Request from legal authorities Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
